SB Live 1024 driver problem in W2k
This is a discussion about SB Live 1024 driver problem in W2k in the Windows Hardware category; I have problems installing the Latest Liveware drivers for my Soundblaster Live 1024 on W2k. After rebooting, it crashes and says something about the installed driver. . . and blue screen. I tried to install the drivers from NT4.
I have problems installing the Latest Liveware drivers for my Soundblaster Live 1024 on W2k.
After rebooting, it crashes and says something about the installed driver...and blue screen.
I tried to install the drivers from NT4. It works, i have sound, but it seems it messes up the programs that come with the Sb live.
Anyone has any ideas ?

I guess i installed the lw3 drivers for win2000 and not for windows pro 2000...
thats the mistake i guess...
