Second party 2000-Win9x compatibility app?

This is a discussion about Second party 2000-Win9x compatibility app? in the Windows Games category; I read a post sometime back with a link with similar software to that of the Win2000 cd that is supposed to help with compatibility problems. Sorry to say, I can't find the thread now. Can someone help me with the link? Thanks!.
