They've forgotten one:
 
Install and activate all possible accessibility options ;( - because anyone who uses this OS is obviously afflicted with one handicap or another so it's best to compensate for all possible ones. I mean it's so much easier for your OS to decide that you want to continue to turn left/right forever during a Action Half-Life knife fight.

To remove accessibility options and other accessories edit winnt\inf\sysoc.inf and replace every instance or "hide" with "". Then go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and Choose Add/Remove Windows Components. Enjoy.
