This is a discussion about Security Issue... in the Windows Networking category; Is it true that Microsoft made another major balls up in XP with a bug that allows people to access your Pc and do anything they want? I dont see how this is possible without some sort of trojan horse but its just what someone told me.

Nope, not anything made public at least. As long as you're patched up with everything you're running (including IIS--if you don't know how to use IIS for website hosting securely, stop now and read up on it) you're fine, as far as anyone knows. Unless it's something new and not released yet, of course.
