Sim Theme Park wont work for me on windows 2000. How come?

How come? in the Windows Games category; how come after i install sim theme park and click on the. exe to make sim theme park game to come it tells me so kind of error message and it never comes up or even tries how can i get this game working under windows 2000 please? any help is very appreicated please email to imtim83@home.
