Sound Blaster PCI64
This is a discussion about Sound Blaster PCI64 in the Windows Hardware category; I have a SB PCI 64 (ES1370 chipset), which works fine, MOST of the time. The prob is, that after no specific time frame, the sound dissapears. Winamp will not play, can't watch VCD's nothing. Anyone got a similar prob, tips to fix perhaps??.

Try turning down your hardware acceleration.
Right click on your speaker icon in your task bar and select adjsut audio properties.
Select the audio tab and click the advanced button under Sound Play Back.
Click the performance tab and bring down your hardware acceleration.
or you could do it in dxdiag.exe
