This is a discussion about Start Page in the Windows Hardware category; Has anyone gotten the start page to work? It looks like an interesting replacement for the desktop. I think Paul Thurrot has gotten it to work, so that means someone else should be able to get it to work.

Well, I got the start page to come up on the desktop by setting it as an active desktop idem. It worked fine, but no items are showing up under recent programs and such. I'm going to check out the script for the page and see if I can figure it out.
I did that, but it's pretty much screwed up, and useless. If you do get it working, post how you did it. Although, we mise well wait for the first beta in October.. It should hit the ***** scene within 2-3weeks of beta 1, if it even takes that long. I'm trying to apply to test Whistler officially, but no luck there... Oh well..
