startup programs (systray?) loads slow
This is a discussion about startup programs (systray?) loads slow in the Windows Software category; I dont know the english word for the startup items loading in the systray ? (volume, graphicscard icon etc etc) Upon starup, everything goes very fast, until the systray is suppose to load, then the system halts for about 10 seconds before the icons appear.

Why is this happening? I know someone blamed the SBLive icon (AudioHQ), but removing that doesnt change anything for me.
Can someone help me solve this?

well 1st check startmenu\startup and remove those programs and see, then check the registry the keys are CurrentUser\Microsoft\Windows\Run and \RunOnce i think the same key is in localmachine too so check em both.
