stb tv pci tuner card w/out fm

This is a discussion about stb tv pci tuner card w/out fm in the Windows Hardware category; i have a stb tv pci tuner card without the fm and i got the newest drivers for the card but i still can't get it to work with win 2000. i know it's probally an old card but i need it i have no other way to get my web camera to work.

i have a stb tv pci tuner card without the fm and i got the newest drivers for the card but i still can't get it to work with win 2000. i know it's probally an old card but i need it i have no other way to get my web camera to work.if anyone knows a way to get it to work or were there's newer drivers are let me know please i need them bad. by the way the chipset on it is the bt848.
