you can ad the modem manually, i have the same modem and it is first detected as a different type, remove this first and then install the new driver
I use the "HCF 56k PCI modem" and it works like a charm....

I've tried both solutions, with HCF 56K PCI modem there is no signal and if I try to add the driver from the list (I have tried all the supraexpress options) it doesn't work all the same.
