SystemShock 2 and Voodoo 2
This is a discussion about SystemShock 2 and Voodoo 2 in the Windows Games category; Anyone have any idea on how to get SS2 to recognise Voodoo2 drivers for W2K? Have installed SS2 on W2K with all the latest patches and drivers, yet the only graphics option I get in SS2 is software. .

Im running at geforce MX and it does the same thing. I gave up on it a long time ago. =(

I think this game doesn't use Glide - only D3D, and so you'll have no luck with a Voodoo II, unfortunately.
System Shock 2 uses Direct3d, and 3dfx did not put D3D support in the Voodoo2 for win2k, for whatever reason they decided....
