If it's the 3Com Isdn Ta External USB modem then the drivers are included with W2K. I have one of those modems and it works fine. As far as other vedors I could not help ya out unless I know who they are.

Have you done FCC-ID check in on the sliver sticker on the modem, about 14 word's or numder's long but if FCC-ID then send me the Win98 INF to shs@config.com I try find out what you have.

It isn't a Asuscom or 3com TA.
I will send to SHS the W98 inf file and I'will wait for help by him.
