Let me try and describe this, people are familiar of the feature that an application window in the taskbar will blink at you when it wants your attention right? My problem is, sometimes (enough to annoy the hell out of me) when i switch to an application, it will just blink at me in the taskbar, it shows it as the active app there but does not "switch" to it on the desktop. Of course, if i click on the taskbar again then it minimizes the app. I am forced to click off the desired app and then back on, usually the 2nd time i can switch to the application. This is under Win2000. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? Thanks
