The current state of V3 drivers for Win2k?

This is a discussion about The current state of V3 drivers for Win2k? in the Windows Hardware category; Hi: I recently installed Win2k 2194 Pro without a hitch, and thanks to Chameleon's Voodoo3 drivers, I've been able to play all of my favorite Glide games. However, I remembered how ugly Q3 looked with the old V3 drivers, which these Win2k drivers are based on, with the typical screendoor effect on rocket smoke trails.

Hi:

I recently installed Win2k 2194 Pro without a hitch, and thanks to Chameleon's Voodoo3 drivers, I've been able to play all of my favorite Glide games. However, I remembered how ugly Q3 looked with the old V3 drivers, which these Win2k drivers are based on, with the typical "screendoor" effect on rocket smoke trails.

I was wondering if there are Win2k drivers that incorporate later version of 3dfx's drivers, specifically the ones that allow you to choose between Smoother/Sharper shading and High/Normal display quality. Any help, URL's would be appreciated... Thanks.

Don't count on it till about Feburary. However chanmeleons drivers are the same as mine except ihave the latest opengl driver included with mine. Not sure if his do. try that q3 works good for me.
