This is a discussion about TIP! Changing your Login Screensaver in the Customization Tweaking category; To change the logon screensaver (the white box that has your version of Windows 2000 or NT(I assume) popping around the screen), locate the screensaver called logon. scr in your Winnt/System32 directory.
To change the logon screensaver (the white box that has your version of Windows 2000 or NT(I assume) popping around the screen), locate the screensaver called "logon.scr" in your Winnt/System32 directory. Rename it as something like "defaultlogon.scr", and rename the screensaver you want to use as "logon.scr".
Reboot and wait, and the new screensaver should be showing.
*This works for the screensavers installed, 3rd party screensavers that require more files, might not work...if anyone tries this, please tell me how it works out. Thanks.
