TNT D3D image quality question
This is a discussion about TNT D3D image quality question in the Windows Hardware category; With a CL TNT, the 3. 53 drivers and build 2128, the d3d image quality is notably missing some features. Running the 3dmark 2000, there is a lack of shadows, and the colors are not what they should be.
With a CL TNT, the 3.53 drivers and build 2128, the d3d image quality is notably missing some features. Running the 3dmark 2000, there is a lack of shadows, and the colors are not what they should be. This is also experienced in Unreal using direct3d. The frame rate is good but the lighting is bad. I am assuming that a good driver exists out there that takes care of these issues. I noticed on the seltzar.dhs.org that there are three drivers for the tnt listed. Which one to choose? I am currently using the 3.53 drivers. By the sound of everyone else on the board, they are not having similar problems.

Goto Seldzar's page and get the detonator 3.63 or whatever they are (been ofline a while can't remember) but use the ovglnt.dll (I think) from 3.53

Eskreme, the file you are refering to is the nvoglnt.dll file which is the opengl driver. My problem lies with the direct3d drivers, which I think must be in the directx7 setup on my computer. My Opengl games run without any errors, only my direct3d games are experiencing the defects. If any one knows a fix, please respond.
