My m8 has a TNT2 M64 32Meg, and windows2000 is intermittantly rebooting.
Specs:
AMD K6-2 450Mhz @ 450Mhz.
ASUS P5A-B
64Meg SD RAM PC100.
Powercolor TNT2 M64.

he has the latest drivers (Detonator3)
latest agp (0.20) and latest BIOS revision (1010)

Doesnt happen in games, only when in windows desktop.
What happens is the computer suddenly brings up the dreaded BSOD and then instantly reboots.

Processor definetely isnt overheating.
