Tomb Raider 4 and NVIDIA 3.75

This is a discussion about Tomb Raider 4 and NVIDIA 3.75 in the Windows Games category; I had TR4 running with Nvidia 3. 69 and the patched exe as described on this page. Now I have a clean install of built 2195 and nvidia 3. 75 and the game + NT freeze all the time after seconds. Somebody else experienced this? Stefan.

I had TR4 running with Nvidia 3.69 and the patched exe as described on this page.
Now I have a clean install of built 2195 and nvidia 3.75 and the game + NT freeze all the time after seconds.
Somebody else experienced this?
