Transparency in Windows 2000

This is a discussion about Transparency in Windows 2000 in the Windows Software category; Over the summer, I used Windows 2000 for a bit (beta 3) and remember toying with a program which allowed one to set a window or application (it was nice for winamp) to be transparent or even tinted a color.

Excellent! Thanks a lot :): I was wondering though, does anyone else have any programs specifically for Win2k that they consider an absolute must have, such as the transparency program. I know for my GTRipple is nice, adding a ripple effect to your desktop.... ?
