No. TV out work current only on Windows 9x.

guess i will have to wait till febuary when stb releases drivers already.... i wish that 3dfx stayed independent.... u know we would have drivers if they were not all tied up with stupid stb....

NO we wouldn't, name me the last time 3dfx came out with beta drivers for win98 or NT?
3dfx is like lots of companies, they put out their drivers when the product is finished so theres no last minute changes or headaches.
