TV output? What is the holdup?

This is a discussion about TV output? What is the holdup? in the Windows Software category; What seems to be the hold up with having TV OUT in win2k? I thouhgt it was a driver issue? Nvidia has released a bunch of drivers now (beta , of course) but none of them seem to have any TV Out support =(
