In my opinion, W2k is more tweakable than any 9x kernel. At http://www.ars-technica.com/tweak/nt/index.html there are many NT4 tweaks that work in W2k as well. Also, get the resource kit, it has enough toys to keep you busy for days.

Look on your Windows 2000 CD. It has some of the tools....
