I get these two at boot up. It makes my computer seem frozen, takes about 15 seconds for it to actually boot into windows.

Time: 9:47:14 PM
User: N/A
Computer: SPRINGER
Description:
The Messenger service terminated with service-specific error 1066.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: SENS
Event Category: None
Event ID: 0
Date: 6/24/2000
Time: 9:47:05 PM
User: N/A
Computer: SPRINGER
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( SENS ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Event System Win32 Error: No service is operating at the destination network endpoint on the remote system.

, ServiceMain(): RegisterDeviceNotification() failed.

These are the two I get. I just formatted and reinstalled windows, haven't done any tweaking yet.

The first one used to always occur in nt4, and was a right "Β£"Β£$%%*, basically you have run out of registy space, and need to allocate more, this is in the system properties/Advanced/performace options/virtual memory. I don't know if it still works. The second could just be a win2k derivitive or the first error.
