Umax Astra 1200S
This is a discussion about Umax Astra 1200S in the Windows Hardware category; I havn't been able to get this scanner to work under W2K following this sites recommendations on booting the computer up with the scanner power on. Any one else have any sugs? Also, Does the Vista scan 3.

Very clean and simple install but first you must have vistascan 3.51 (latest available from www.umax.com) install all the software, win2k will do its thing with the uds11 card, (not showing anything but an exlamation point) then connect it up and go should all work fine dont forget to reboot after installing the vistascan 3.51

where are you finding the 3.5 at i select nt and 1200s or 98 and 1200s and it only brings up 3.1
