Unkown Hard Error: ntdll.dll

This is a discussion about Unkown Hard Error: ntdll.dll in the Windows Software category; If I restart Win 2k, the Blue Window appears and it's show this massage: Stop: C0000221 Unkown Hard Error \Sytem Root\Sytem32\ntdll. dll What can I do?? Please help me.

Have Rescue disk? Use it!
Otherwise start installing Win2000
again using the "Repair" Option during
Setup. Works fine and no data will be
lost!

I've reinstall windows with the repair option but it doesent work! than i have formated my Harddisk and install Windows again!but this Error apears every time!

any other iedeas?
