User unable to run Internet Connection Wizard

This is a discussion about User unable to run Internet Connection Wizard in the Windows Software category; I get the message 'You do not have sufficient privileges to complete the Internet Connection Wizard. . . ' When I login as a regular user on Win2k RC2. I cannot view websites or use OutlookExpress.

I get the message
'You do not have sufficient privileges to complete the Internet Connection Wizard ...'
 
When I login as a regular user on Win2k RC2. I cannot view websites or use OutlookExpress.

Are you logged in as Administrator or a Power user? Or did you perhaps create an account without the correct privelages needed to modify the network settings?
