I assume you've completely disabled power saving mode in both Windows AND your BIOS?

Oh yeah,even tried deleting acpi.sys(desperate idea),uninstalling the entire power management from win2k,but that caused all the drivers to be uninstalled as well.No success,and it automatically reinstalls everything.
