Nvidia has posted zipped tnt2 drivers for nt5 that work just fine with my creative ultra tnt2.The file to search for is:TNT_NT5_188.zip.
You can also try the AOpen TNT/TNT2 drivers 2.0 (You don´t need a AOpen card ) for Windows 2000 ftp://ftp.aopen.com.tw/pub/driver/vga/pa3010/bw2kr200.exe
I am also having problems with beta3 and my tnt2.
I have an asus tnt2ultra 32mb and when I boot up all I get is a black screen

I have been running Windows 2000 RC1 (build 2072) with my Asus v3800 ultra for about a week now. I'm using the latest NT reference drivers listed on the Nvidia driver page, but the newest NT drivers from Asus worked fine as well.
If you're stuck and don't want to bother loading drivers up, try the Nvidia Riva TNT driver that comes with Win2k. That seemed to work for me to at least get some decent resolutions on my Diamond Viper 770 Ultra. I'm about to try the newer reference drivers (ver 2.08 I think) from Nvidia...I'll to let you know how that works out.

Finally got my tnt2ultra working I had to
disable my dvd Decoder card in device manager.
After trying three different set's of tnt drv's no dvd's but Q3test kick's ass.
I have to boot into Win98 for dvd's.

i have a seattle intel se440bx-2 mb with 384 megs ram, pci v3 2000(secondary)32meg Creative Ultra tnt2(primary),dxr2 decoder card, dual boot win98se win2k 2031 and all is working great!Im also running the Hauppage tv tuner!I guess now is the time to add my second machine to the line up!Adsl gets hooked up Tuesday!Killer...
