Voodoo2 in Win2k
This is a discussion about Voodoo2 in Win2k in the Windows Hardware category; I have Win2k RC2 build 2128, and have noticed the lack of D3d support. I don't mind this. What I mind is that I have no clue as to how to install my Voodoo2 cards under Win2k. Do I use NT-based drivers, and a hacked INF file? What? Help!.

There is a direct link on the NT Compatible mainpage.
Check here ntgamepalace.3dfiles.com/3dfxfaq.htm , the instructions are provided in the readme in the ZIP file.
You'll need the V2 NT4 drivers from 3dfx and the zip file with the hacked .INF

OP
But, the Voodoo2 NT 4 drivers come in an executable. How do I extract them from such, and insert the new .INF file?
Just use a program like winace or winzip and open it up with those programs and unzip it
