Voodoo2, refresh stuck at 60 Hz
This is a discussion about Voodoo2, refresh stuck at 60 Hz in the Windows Hardware category; Is it realy impossible to adjust the refreshrate with the driver patch. Mine is locked at 60 Hz - a bit annoying. Otherwise the drivers are working perfectly. SK.

It's possible if you use RegEdit and modify it yourself.... But don't do this unless you've used RegEdit before, and know what you're doing.
In regedit go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\3dfx Interactive\Voodoo2\D3D
and set the: "SSTV2_REFRESH_XXXxXXX" keys to the refreshrate you want. Make sure that you're monitor can handle it first though! Or you might damage it (although it's unlikely). All monitors should be able to handle 85 Hz, so set it to 85 if you're unsure...
Then go to this folder and repeat:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\3dfx Interactive\Voodoo2\Glide
All done!! You don't even need to restart the computer!
