Voodoo3 3000, Win2000 - Final Fantasy VIII - PROBLEMS

This is a discussion about Voodoo3 3000, Win2000 - Final Fantasy VIII - PROBLEMS in the Windows Games category; I installed FFVIII yesterday with no problems, but when I go to configure my video it only shows software mode for rendering. Any ideas on getting FFVIII to use my 3d card ??.
