Voodoo3 and Build 2128

This is a discussion about Voodoo3 and Build 2128 in the Windows Hardware category; Any Voodoo3 users (3000 AGP) got theirs working with OpenGL stuffs? I've been trying, and I'm about to pass out. I've tried both of the methods, to no avail. File versions match the necessary ones. Q3T 1.

you must be in safe mode when you copy the files over, or it won't work.

I dunno why u guys r having problems. I have BP6+V3 3000. Got all the right files from everywhere and after, the OpenGL/Glide work (no D3D).
Make sure u follow the instractions and also u HAVE to have voodoo.dll/sys from build 2072 or it will not work. Also insted of all that copying just use the OLD INF file from this page (glide & ogl for RC1) it worked like a charm and no need to figure out which files to copy where.

DON'T use the voodoo3.sys/dll from RC1 or else D3D won't work. Use the 2114 voodoo3.sys/dll. Get the zip file from Chameleon, it's the same file i sent to him and he's working good now. games that have worked fine for me are:

Q3
Ureal Tournament
Midtown Madness
Motocross Madness
C&C2:Tiberiun Sun
MDK(D3D)
Sinistar: Unleashed
Age Of Empires 2

Thanks for the help! I think I have a bummed version of the voodoo.dll/sys. I added Chameleon to my ICQ list, so hopefully it'll be solved soon. Probably a good thing that I didn't have it working cuz I have a lot of homework to do

Chameleon's files worked fine! I think my voodoo3.dll/sys files were the wrong ones, which kept it from working. Thanks, Chameleon!
