Voodoo3: Funky colours
This is a discussion about Voodoo3: Funky colours in the Windows Hardware category; I recently installed the Voodoo3 drivers located at and now my graphics are really weird colours. I have seen this before in Quake by increasing the gamma way too far, but even Powerstrip doesn't seem to correct it.
I recently installed the Voodoo3 drivers located at http://www.3dwin2000.de and now my graphics are really weird colours. I have seen this before in Quake by increasing the gamma way too far, but even Powerstrip doesn't seem to correct it. It only happens when choosing 16-bit colour. If I choose 32-bit, then the game works fine BUT some games don't support 32-bit. Does anybody know how to resolve this problem?

Use the Voodoo 3 ICD drivers from the 3Dfx FAQ & Download page.

OP
I replaced the glide2x.dll and glide3x.dll files with the ones in the Voodoo3 ICD package on your site and my problems have gone away, plus I have the faster D3D driver from the other package! Thanks.
