Hey,
No the tv out won't work till 3dfx releases official drivers. To get All 3 api's working in 2151 go to http://seldzar.dhs.org and download and install the voodoo3 drivers in the files section. Most games work great for me. The default voodoo3.sys and .dll that come with 2151 are D3D only.
