Voodoo3 refresh rates

This is a discussion about Voodoo3 refresh rates in the Windows Hardware category; Forgive me if this has already been asked, but how do I adjust the refresh rate for 3dfx based games? (Quake) I got my Voodoo3 2000 PCI card to work with the drivers and inf here, but when I go into Quake2, the game is using the default refresh rate of 60hz.

Forgive me if this has already been asked, but how do I adjust the refresh rate for 3dfx based games? I normally use 85 for Quake2 under Win98.....

I am using RC1 if that makes a difference.
