Voodoo3 + Win2k won't boot?

This is a discussion about Voodoo3 + Win2k won't boot? in the Windows Hardware category; I have a Voodoo3 2000, and everytime I install it in my Win2k machine (5. 00. 2195 SP1), it hangs with the startup screen. Even VGA mode does not boot, what am I missing here? Jasonian.
