VPN (Virtual Private Netowrking) w/ Win2k

This is a discussion about VPN (Virtual Private Netowrking) w/ Win2k in the Windows Software category; Never used VPN before, but I see that windows 2000 has both VPN server and client built in. I have my box here setup as a server (i think), how do I get win98 machines to become clients as there is no built in client software? My web searches reveal only 3rd party software VPN clients which are not free or shareware.
