I just downloaded the Logitech drivers and I will test'em asap. But I have a question : What are the sticky keys? I have heard about it, but I am not sure how it appears? Please explain.

i don't have Q3 but sticky keys with Rouge spear is like sometimes you click the fire button it kept on firing even after u release the key etc
About Mouseware 9.0 : DON'T INSTALL IT IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED 8.xx !!!!
You would have to reinstall WIn2k, read Hardware forum for detail ...
