W2k NTFS back to FAT32

I'm pretty sure you can't convert from NTFS to FAT32, at least not with out third party software. I would check out Partition Magic, it may be able to do this, but I would Ghost your drive before attempting it.

I can't do it the same way u can going from FAT32 to NTFS
Get partition magic 5.1 and it'll be able to do this in 5 mins. I had no problmes with it.
You can also ghost ya HD to another HD then format the NTFS drive as FAT32 and ghost it back
