Apparently 2195.1 is the actually final with the evalution time bomb.. which is 120 days.. Altho there has been cracked versions and also there is a way to crack it if you visit seldzar's page : http://seldzar.dhs.org/ or pherhaps cham's page htttp://win2kbox.cjb.net
 
there has been builds of 2195.3 goin around.. but as to my knowledge, it's just a cracked build of .1 (correct me if i am wrong) so that there is no timelimit.. i am currently running Windows 2000 Professional OEM.. i checked it. and it says 2195.1..

retail final is 2195.1. there has been no hard proof yet of any 2195.3 regardless what anyone says. of course 2195.1 is also a timebombed version, and there is no way of telling from either versions if its the oem or a patched version, although the patch can be reliable, i have tested the past the 120 day limit and nothing happened. so its safe.
i have the patch if anyone is interested.
