Where is ACT 1.5?

It is my server (), and you can download as many times you like.
It is original package, nothing doddgy. Scanned for viruses etc. but do it again just in case.

Don't bother. It is my server and my cabinet so there is no traffic, BW limit etc. just do not advertise it on every single BB. and enjoy.
