I have replaced it with the nethood template from win2k but this is a rathr ugly solution. If someone could send a copy of their nethood.

Keep in mind this is a system file so you my not be able to view it without changing some folder options to see it.

good idea but to no avail the cut and paste only made the file give the sys more script errors. The win2k copy works but it looks funny with the rest of the os. So it is no big deal but if someone could send this file to me it would be good.
