Why cant IE 5.0 display some pages?

This is a discussion about Why cant IE 5.0 display some pages? in the Windows Software category; My dad wants to know why IE 5 wont display some pages. He's got Zone Alarm and Norton Internet Security Family Edition installed. We use DSL, BTW. His system: PIII 800 MHz Abit BE6 latest bios GF2MX WD 18.

Abit BE6 latest bios
GF2MX
WD 18.2GB 7200RPM Hdd + Maxtor 20GB 7200RPM ATA100.
Kingston KNE-110 10/100 NIC
Win2k Pro SP1
