It seems there is another bug with windows xp. I am running a simple network with an NT server. My windows 98 machine has no problem logging into the NT server. But windows xp machine only see's the NT Domain Sometimes. I orginally set it up and managed to map drives. However, evertime I log out of XP and log back in it seems the xp box can't find the server again but it does find the internet gate way on the router evertime with no problem.
The router connects all three machines together along with the internet. Does anyone know how to make xp log into the NT domain. I've done all the windows xp garbage setups but they don't seem to work and if they do it still only works one time???????????????

Do you have DNS and WINS setup? IP on the client setup correctly?
Look at the event viewer and share with us the error messages and ID numbers.
