I am on build 2183 and 3.6.4 works great for my old Viper 550
What build of W2K are you using?
The latest TNT drivers (3.64 and beyond) appear to be RC3 and later only.

To confirm, the Nvidia developer site list 3.64 and beyond requires 2183. However it states that they'll work with 2169 also.
