Win 2k and V3 2k PCI Help

This is a discussion about Win 2k and V3 2k PCI Help in the Windows Hardware category; I have a V3 and whenever I try to play a game the vertical and horizontal positioning is way off and if I correct it and go back to the desktop, the desktop position is way off. I have changed the monitor refresh rates and the monitor INF file and it hasn't helped.

Forgot to post this but my problem is solved. It was the refresh rate. I had it set too high for my monitor and it was only set at 60 hz. ****ty monitor huh?
