Win Me slows down

This is a discussion about Win Me slows down in the Legacy OS category; Every so often when im using winodws it slows right down. . and i cant do anything for a minute or so. . . Any idea's on the problem? Cheers, Adam.

Every so often when im using winodws it slows right down.. and i cant do anything for a minute or so...

It is very possible system restore is making sure it can restore ya WIndows if something goes wrong.b

i had that same problem
it ended up being my hard drive dieing on me do u get a sound from your hard drive like its spinning down?
