Eddie,
Windows 2000 is a beta operating system, we do not support beta operating
systems so there are no beta drivers available and I would not expect to
see any drivers for Windows 2000 from Creative Labs until it is released as
a retail product.
The RTM versions of Windows 2000 is only available before February 17
(release subject to Microsoft's schedule) on OEM computer systems and
Microsoft Network members. We will support it as soon as it is available
to the general public as a standalone retail product. Until that time, we
will still consider it a beta operating system and drivers are not
available at this time.

grab the dvdewup.exe and install the wdm drivers.
I did this for my dxr2 and it works great
Even the App works fine.
Cheers

thats for a Dxr2 decoder card, he said he has an Inlay card (CT7160) and thats what mine is, that site say...:
This package works ONLY with the PC-DVD Encore and PC-DVD Encore 5x kits with a Dxr2 Decoder, and the PC-DVD RAM drive with a Dxr2 Decoder card. This file does not support the Dxr3 Decoder.
.....it doesn't say anything about the PC DVD Inlay decoder.

The card is actually a luxsonor in disguise. and as this card is not even supported by NT4 there is no way that it is supported by 2000 until after its realease. If anyone can prove me wrong...please do...I would love to get rid of my win98 partition all together
just to elaborate on my previous message. check out http://www.luxsonor.com/pcsupport.html
The card in ? (I think) is the ls220. There is also a link from this page stating why there is no 2000 drivers! Sux hey! I am however still searching for one of those "Unkle Bobs driver page" that may have someones own written drivers. If I do and they work I will post it here.
