I found BIG incompatibibity in this version of BX6-2 bios.

Filename: BXRQR.EXE
Date: 05/08/2000
ID: QR

When I tried to install released version of Windows 2000 Server, the installer shut down my computer after 'Starting Windows 2000' message. I CANNOT INSTALL WIN2K!!! (Problem is same with Win2K RC2, RC3)

With this BIOS Win2K found ACPI bios. If I choose Standard PC HAL, Win2K installed fine, but Stand By, Suspend are not available.

My hardware:
Celeron 300A
SB Live Sound Card
Asus V6600 VGA (I tried Tseng ET6000, but nothing...)
KTI ET32/p Ethernet card
128 MB ram
1.44 floppy
WD 6400 UDMA HDD
56K external MODEM
HP Deskjet 695C.
MAG XJ700T

After the BIOS upgrade I loaded Defauldt Settings, Enabled ACPI functions. (And used Soft Menu for my CPU)

Win98 couldn't use SCI Acpi device or interrupt, I don't remember.

Same configurations with ASUS P2B MotherBoard works fine. (
(same cards in 'same' slots)
