I would like to install Linux (Suse 6.3) on my 2Gb partition and i was wondering once it's done how to add Linux in the win 2000 boot menu.
I also believe that Lilo won't see my NTFS 5 partition.

Anyone could give me sone advises ?

Thanks a lot

Try http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/Linux+NT-Loader.html to read on how to use the NT-Loader to boot into Linux, it worked without a problem for me.

Install LILO on the Linux partitions superblock and use the NT-Loader to boot into that partition.

Also make sure that Linux systemfiles are under the 1024th cylinder ( ~ 8GB), otherwise you would have to boot using a Linuxbootdisk. Don't forget that you'll need a Linux-SWAP partition (128MB is fine).

Uhm, that's 'nuff Linux for this Win2000 forum
